PlaySmart OKC hosted its first Academy this past summer! The Academy was held at the University of Central Oklahoma for 5 days. Over 30 local middle school youth participated in the program that featured various sports, rock climbing, like skills instruction, amazing guest speakers and a day on UCO’s ropes course! The Academy was made possible due to great support of the OKC advisory board, local vendors, willing volunteers and the staff at UCO.
